Small Group-Classes

At RLY-Studio, we keep the Group-Classes small to provide individual care to each student. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and can keep up with the pace of the class. 

Alignment

A correct alignment of the Asanas is essential to achieve the benefits of yoga and prevent injuries. We use props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to enhance the yoga experience and make each posture accessible for everyone. 

Yoga for Beginners

Join our Basic Yoga Classes and start your Yoga practice with confidence. Designed for students who are new to yoga or want to brush up on the fundamental elements, our classes will teach you the basics and prepare you for more challenging poses. 

Advanced Classes

Looking to take your yoga practice to the next level? Join us in Yoga Strength Classes to tone and build strength, or try our Yoga Playground to work on Arm-Balances and Inversions. RLY-Studio will guide you through every step of the way and offers individual support as you improve your practice.
