Yoga Basics

Start your yoga journey with RLY-Studio's Yoga-Basics Class. Whether you are a new to Yoga or it has been a while and you are looking to brush up on your basics, this class is perfect for you. We move slowly and focus on the correct alignment of postures to give you a solid foundation. You will feel comfortable in classes with a faster pace once you have mastered the basics. Come join us and learn the Yoga 101.

Yoga for a healthy back

Looking to improve your posture and relieve back pain? Our Healthy Back Yoga Class is specifically designed to promote a healthy and strong back. With a focus on alignment and strengthening exercises, this class is suitable for all levels and ages.

Slow Flow

Unwind and find your inner balance with our Slow Flow Yoga Class. This gentle, soothing class is perfect for all levels, allowing you to focus on your breath and gently move through the Asanas. Join us for a calming experience that will leave you feeling centered and relaxed.

Yin Yoga

Find total relaxation with our Yin Yoga class. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice and is designed to target the deep connective tissues of the body, helping you to increase circulation and flexibility while restoring peace of mind. All levels are welcome to join for a session of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Experience the perfect balance of relaxation and energy with our Yin & Yang Yoga Class. This class combines the calming and meditative practice of Yin Yoga with dynamic movements of a Vinyasa Flow, ensuring a complete and holistic practice for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow

Experience the fusion of movement and breath with Vinyasa Flow at Rising Lotus Yoga Studio. This dynamic and energetic style of yoga will bring you through a sequence of asanas linked together with the breath. This class is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling energized and balanced.

Align Yoga

Try our alignment-based Hatha-Yoga classes. These classes are designed to help you improve your strength and flexibility as we hold poses longer. We focus on correct alignment and use props and modifications to make the postures suitable for everyone. You will be guided through breathing to calm your mind and improve your breathing capacity.

Power Flow

Get ready to challenge your body in this Power Flow Yoga Class! This class is suitable for all levels and will help you to built core, arm and leg strength. Handstand drills are also part of the class. Don't worry if you can't do a handstand yet! Put in the hard work and you'll be rewarded with improved strength for more difficult Asanas.
